Ben Godley

Ben Godley brings decades of marketing, PR, startup, investment, technology innovation, and management experience to Point B Partners.  Before founding the firm, he was President and Partner at Greenough Communications, a PR and marketing services agency for healthcare, technology and services sector clients.  Prior to that, he was the co-founder and CEO of CDP, a for-profit focused on improving the marketing efficiency, data management and revenue generation capacity of the public media system.  For ten years prior, Ben was COO of WGBH (a multi-media news and content producer with 1k FTEs and annual revenue of $260m.)  During his career, he led M&A activity; corporate, brand and content strategy; enterprise-level digital transformation; and the investment in and creation of two cloud-based applications, each later sold separately to Salesforce.  Ben also founded and was President and CEO of the award-winning agency, CGN Marketing & Creative Services (acquired by Epsilon).  CGN clients included Schwab, Ugg, Starwood, Avid, and dozens of early-stage companies.  He also held marketing and management roles at Hill & Knowlton Public Relations and at IBM.  He has served on several for-profit and non-profit boards and currently is a Director of Rand Capital (NASDAQ: RAND), a business development company.

Kathy Keating brings more than 25 years of experience as a PR, marketing and communications professional focused on the technology industry.  She’s led strategic communications for global software giants, midsized market leaders and start-up stars.  Her communications experience and deep understanding of the business of technology has delivered strong results for clients.  Kathy has earned media coverage in every leading top-tier and trade press media outlet based on her ability to craft relevant news and feature stories for her clients.  Before consulting, Kathy led global communications for IBM software.  In this cross-company role, she was responsible for messaging, positioning, and media relations for a multi-billion dollar software product line.  Prior to that, she led U.S. and European PR and communications for network software provider Concord Communications (acquired by CA).  She was also an account director at Weber Shandwick, working closely with start-ups and large enterprises to create and manage successful PR programs.

Ken Dec

Ken Dec is 30-year marketing veteran who has led the building of some of the world’s most successful brands including IBM, Toyota, Salesforce, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, GlaxoSmithKline, JP Morgan Chase, Raytheon, Agilent, Hitachi, and many more.  Ken has been a CMO, fractional CMO, and CEO of leading marketing firms during his career.  He’s also helped several small firms raise capital (Series A and B) and others drive to successful exits.  His expertise includes marketing and brand strategy, ABM, multi-channel demand creation, and sales enablement helping companies at every stage of maturity grow.

Elizabeth Yekhtikian is a seasoned, award-winning media strategist and practitioner working in high tech and consumer tech PR since 2000, starting out her agency career at Blanc & Otus in Boston, where she served for 11 years.
